My role as your Doula starts long before birth, in listening to you and getting to know your needs, strengths, fears and expectations. I bring my experience and expertise in Holistic Healing: Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Breathing and Relaxation techniques. I will be a calming, nurturing and reassuring presence to facilitate your Ideal Birth.
